The North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority provides housing through Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, Public Housing, and NSP - Pine Apartments.

NCFRHA does not give an emergency, homeless or disabled preference. We do not have emergency housing or emergency housing vouchers.

NCFRHA does have a local preference. Your position on the waitlist is determined based on if you reside or work within the area you are applying for and the date and time we receive your application. Local preference must be verified upon accepting a unit or voucher.

NCFRHA is a fair housing provider. We do not make any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
