Levy/Gilchrist HCV(Section 8) Wait-list Opens June 1st, 2023 @ 8am until June 29, 2023 @4pm

North Central Florida Regional Housing Authority (NCFRHA) will be opening the Levy-Gilchrist County Housing Choice Voucher(Section 8) Waiting List effective Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 8 a.m. The waiting list will close Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 4 p.m. During this time the Public Housing waiting lists will be closed. Interested applicants can apply online here or in person between the hours of 8-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the NCFRHA office, 611 S. Pine Street, Bronson, Fl 32621. Applications must be complete. NCFRHA has a Local Residency Preference meaning applicants currently residing in Levy or Gilchrist County will be placed over applicants that do not reside within these counties. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by preference, date and time of completed application.
