Away for Housing Conference - Office closed 8/22/23 - 8/24/23

This office will be closed 8/22/23-8/24/23 for a housing conference. We will resume normal business hours on 8/28/23.

For Applicants: Please allow up to 15 business days from the date of submission, which is equivalent to approximately one month, for your application to be processed. You then may call 352-486-5420 extension 4 to check your position on any of our waitlists. If you call prior to the 15th business day, your application will still be pending approval. Your position on the waitlist is determined based on local preference and the date and time we receive your application.

For Residents: Work orders will be addressed on an emergency basis only during this time.
